Writing is my passion. From fiction and nonfiction to blogs and short, witty headlines, I am fully immersed in the world of words. I signed with WordServe Literary agency, and I’m currently writing a new fiction novel that will hopefully fall into place sort of like the way I pick my outfits—a huge pile of ideas resulting in something I really love (and I hope you do too)!

So, what else?

I live in St. Petersburg, Florida, the perfect mix of casual beach town paired with bustling city. Flip flops are appropriate in (almost) all corners of the town, and the grand sunsets over the Gulf never grow old. My crazy yellow lab, Chapman is my sidekick, and oh the stories I could tell about his mischievousness, but that’s a novel for another blog post. I was raised in Ocala, attended college in Tampa, spent some time on a Caribbean island and landed in St. Pete.

A few simple pleasures and a couple not-so-simple ones too: An early-morning fresh cup of coffee on my deck, an afternoon boba tea from a local spot downtown, a swim in the ocean, laughing with my best friend until we cry, mowing the lawn, a cuddle from the softest dog ever, a decadent piece of chocolate cake, journaling every detail of my innermost thoughts (hoping no one will ever get their hands on those sacred pages), and getting to know a friend on that rare level that dives beyond the surface.
